Whether your event was cancelled or you decided to go another route for equipment, we are able to refund the full amount for any rental items as long as the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the expected pick-up time. If we are notified of the cancellation less than 24 hours before the expected pick-up time, you will be refunded 50% of your payment amount. The remaining 50% will be kept to cover our costs of unpacking and restocking the equipment. Please call or email us as early as possible if you need to cancel all or some of your rental list so we can fully refund you.
