Our typical customers often have a basic technical knowledge of how to set up and connect the equipment they're renting, but we don't think our services should be limited to just those people. If you're unable to find clear instructions for using your rental on our support page, consider asking us about having a tech help you with your event's setup and even running the equipment during the event. While this is an added expense, the piece of mind of knowing there will be no technical difficulties during your event might be worth it. You don't have to do it yourself!
